I was pretty put off by this as it can take a very long time at most casinos to get a drink. I asked a cocktail waitress where I could walk up to get a drink and she told me that it was not possible and that I had to wait to be served.
The casino was not that busy when we arrived around dinner time.
I have been to the West Valley location in Glendale and thought it was amazing, so we were very excited to visit the one in Tucson.
